He co-founded the Mowshe studio (1993), which focuses primarily on graphic design, creative concepts, and production for non-profit organizations, public institutions, and commercial companies.

His work with colleagues in the past has earned awards such as Louskáček, Zlatá pecka, Lemur, the Strategie magazine award, the Czech Event Association annual award, ADC Awards, and Czech Grand Design.

He is the producer of the award-winning project Identity – The Story of Czech Graphic Design.
