Graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts and Architecture. Co-founder and curator of the Pictoric Illustrators Club.

In recent years received numerous awards, among them the Ukrainian Triennial of Book Graphics Award (2013), included in the list of the best young Ukrainian artists of PinchukArtPrice (2013), "The White Ravens" (2015), the International Festival of Illustration "COW" Award (2017), the Ukrainian Triennial of Graphics Award (2018).

Worked with Ya Gallery, Portal Publish House, Rodovid, Laurus Publish House, CP Publishing, and Lake Studio.

Oleg's works are exhibited in Ukraine, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Georgia, Greece, Italy, Japan, Spain, France, Sweden, Finland, South Korea, Canada, and the USA.
