Komplekt is a cultural management and consultancy agency focused on design. The studio develops concepts and cultural content through events, exhibitions and products, realized in new surprising formats. Komplekt collaborates with a vast network of creatives and organizations, selected and mixed uniquely for each project. Another field of work is copywriting and crafting texts for image building. Komplekt also writes articles for various media and produces a podcast on design.

In 2017 Komplekt launched MELBA - a multidisciplinary platform on design and visual culture. MELBA comprises a dynamic bilingual online archive with exciting names in contemporary Bulgarian design, live meetings with local design heroes and their recent work, classes by professionals for professionals, and a yearly design festival with international participants.
